Terms of Use
Effective September 24, 2026
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the temporary website located at www.flourish-forward.org and any related webpages made available by Flourish Forward LLC (“Flourish,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, including by submitting your information to request early access or receive launch updates, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Site.
These Terms apply only to the temporary Site and its current early access functionality. If and when we launch the full platform or additional services, those services may be subject to separate or additional terms that you will be required to review and accept if you wish to use the services.
- 01
Current Site and Early Access
The Site is a preliminary website intended to provide general information about a planned platform designed to help individuals learn about and potentially identify divorce coaches and related resources. At this time, the Site may allow visitors to provide contact information to request early access, join a waitlist, receive launch updates, or otherwise express interest in the planned platform.
Submitting your information does not create a client, customer, coaching, fiduciary, advisory, attorney-client, or other professional relationship with Flourish. It does not guarantee that you will receive early access, that the platform will launch, that any particular feature will be offered, or that any coach or other professional will be available.
We may modify, suspend, delay, or discontinue the Site, the planned platform, any anticipated feature, or any early access program at any time without liability to you.
- 02
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you satisfy these requirements.
- 03
No Legal or Other Professional Advice
Flourish is not a law firm and does not provide legal services, legal representation, or legal advice. Flourish also does not provide individualized legal strategy or analysis, mental health treatment, financial advice, or other professional advice. Any information, educational materials, questionnaires, roadmaps, or other resources made available through the Site are for general informational purposes only and are not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney or other qualified professional regarding your individual circumstances. Nothing on the Site creates an attorney-client relationship between you and Flourish.
- 04
No Endorsement or Guarantee of Coaches
WE DO NOT ENDORSE, RECOMMEND, GUARANTEE, OR WARRANT ANY DIVORCE COACH OR OTHER THIRD PARTY WHO MAY BE DESCRIBED, REFERENCED, FEATURED, OR LATER MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE OR A FUTURE PLATFORM.
Any reference on the Site to divorce coaches, categories of coaching, credentials, areas of focus, or a future ability to discover or connect with coaches is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any coach’s stated qualifications, credentials, licensure (if applicable), experience, availability, services, conduct, results, or suitability to meet your needs. Any future matching, filtering, sorting, identification or presentation of coaches or other providers does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or representation that any particular provider is the best or most appropriate provider for you.
If a future platform allows you to view, compare, match with, contact, or engage a coach or other third party, you will remain solely responsible for evaluating that person and deciding whether to engage them. Any services provided by a coach or other third party will be provided by that person or entity, not by Flourish, and may be subject to separate terms.
- 05
Early Access and Waitlist Information
If you submit your name, email address, or other contact information through the Site, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that we may use it to administer the waitlist or early access program, respond to your request, and communicate with you about the Site, the planned platform, launch timing, and related updates, subject to our Privacy Policy.
You may unsubscribe from promotional email communications by using the unsubscribe mechanism included in those communications. Certain non-promotional communications relating to an early access request or your interaction with the Site may still be sent where permitted by law.
- 06
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, available at www.flourish-forward.org/privacy. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review the Privacy Policy.
- 07
No Privileged Relationship
References on the Site to privacy or confidentiality do not mean that communications with Flourish are protected by the attorney-client privilege, psychotherapist-patient privilege, or any other professional privilege. Do not submit confidential legal communications, privileged materials, detailed information regarding an ongoing legal dispute, financial account information, medical information, or other sensitive information through the waitlist or early access form. Any privilege that may apply to a separate relationship between you and a third-party professional is governed by that relationship and applicable law.
- 08

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the Site for your personal, noncommercial use.
Except as expressly permitted by us in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Site.

If you voluntarily provide ideas, comments, suggestions, survey responses, or other feedback regarding the Site or planned platform, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and otherwise use that feedback for any lawful purpose without compensation or obligation to you. This Section does not authorize us to publicly identify you without permission.

Third Party Content and Links
The Site may contain links to or information about third party websites, services, resources, or professionals. We do not control and are not responsible for third party content, privacy practices, availability, accuracy, security, products, services, or conduct. A link or reference does not imply our endorsement. Your use of third party websites or services is at your own risk and may be subject to separate terms and policies.

Flourish is not an emergency, crisis response, or safety service. If you are experiencing an emergency or believe that you or another person is in immediate danger, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis or domestic violence resource.
- 14
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOURISH FORWARD LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SITE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF FLOURISH FORWARD LLC AND THE FOREGOING PARTIES FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100.00).
The limitations in this Section apply regardless of the form of action and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
- 15
Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Flourish Forward LLC and its affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against third party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs and expenses arising out of or relating to your unlawful misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement or violation of another person’s rights.
- 16
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the revised Terms on the Site and update the Effective Date above. Changes will apply prospectively from the date they become effective. To the extent permitted by applicable law, your continued use of the Site after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If we launch the full platform or materially expand the Site’s functionality, we may require you to agree to new or additional terms before using those services. Those later terms may replace or supplement these Terms for the applicable services.
- 17
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state courts located in the City and County of San Francisco, California, or the federal courts located in San Francisco, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
- 18
General
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other provision. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning the temporary Site and supersede prior or contemporaneous understandings concerning that subject matter.
