   Outbound communication

   Flourish does not use your email or account information for marketing purposes. If you sign up for our Waitlist or if you create a Flourish Account, we will send you one-time verification communication via either email, SMS or push. Emails will be sent from “Flourish Services.”

   Account deletion

   Account deletion is irreversible and complete, with backup purge within 30 days of the request.

   Tracking

   Flourish does not allow third-party tracking pixels or behavioral advertising trackers anywhere in our product.

4. 04

   Payment Descriptor / Credit Card Statements

   Flourish uses a neutral payment descriptor on all transaction amounts. If you purchase a membership from Flourish, your credit card statement will reflect “Flourish Services.”

5. 05

   Data

   Saved data from your profile and assessment is encrypted at rest and in transit to SOC-2 standards. If you choose to engage with any professionals on the Flourish platform, your Assessment data is shared with professionals on a first name only basis, at the time of booking.
